The Church and Marriage; Is it doing enough? (Short Survey)

I need your help with a short survey.

I am trying to discern how you feel your church is doing  to encourage, train, build, and strengthen marriages. I’ll share the results in an upcoming post.

Survey is totally anonymous.

Thanks so much!

In my church (Catholic) you do not enter into marriage without “marriage preparation” counseling with a priest. This is several counseling sessions. We also do Engaged Encounter, which is a weekend retreat for engaged couples… unbelievably fun and also incredibly eye-opening… all of the biggest “baddest” questions are addressed in these sessions. There is a similar “Marriage Encounter” weekend if you so desire. But the highest reviews go to Retrouvaille… it’s a program that has not only strengthened good marriages but saved many from failure. Short answer: there is absolutely no shortage of resources or support for the sacrament of marriage. NO COMPLAINTS!

  1. Wonderful work! This is the type of info that should be shared across the internet.
Shame on Google for now not positioning this put up higher!

Come on over and seek advice from my website . Thanks
